It’s the result of research and development through innovative product preservation techniques and methodologies such as IQF, cryogenic blast chilling, MAP, ATM (protective atmosphere), respecting the ingredients and preparation of raw materials, properly processed in anticipation of subsequent assembly. 

It makes it possible to prepare a recipe to obtain a hot, fragrant first course that is rich in all its aromas and flavors. The composition of the three elements preserves the characteristics of each, offering the values of freshness as in the most traditional Italian cuisine – express and allowing to maintain all the health and taste principles of a dish just cooked at a restaurant or at home.
